The hotel location was great. I could easily walk to shops and cafes. The reception staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good choice.
The room size was very small. I did not have much space for movement. There was no mini bar. I also found no fridge.

The room was small. It felt really cramped. there wasn't a desk, a chair, or even a mini fridge available, disappointing. i expected more from a place that claims to be a four-star hotel.

The room was rather small. I paid quite a bit per night. I thought it should be bigger. The air conditioning did not work, and . It was not a pleasant experience. I reported the issue but it wasn't fixed . It was very frustrating, I must say.

the location was convenient near the metro station! the staff were polite, and housekeeping did a nice job. breakfast included a good selection appropriate for the price, and i found it quite adequate. the bathroom was very clean and modern!
the air conditioning did not seem fully functional in the room and it was hard to find someone to immediately address it.

The location is excellent. i found several shops and cafes within a short walk. the metro was also very close, which i really appreciated. the breakfast offered a good selection. I especially liked the pastries and quality juices.
the tv in my room wasn't a smart tv.
